Our 7th and 8th graders had a delicious time making homemade apple cinnamon rolls! From prepping the apples to rolling, baking, and tasting, students practiced teamwork, kitchen skills, and creativity—plus filled the halls with the best smells! 😄🥐
Students had a great time during their English muffin pizza unit, practicing kitchen skills, following recipes, and enjoying the results of their hard work. Learning never tasted so good!
This is a reminder that school will dismiss early next Tuesday, January 13 at 12:15 PM to allow our staff time for professional learning.

Due to deteriorating weather conditions, Saint Regis Falls Central School will close at 1:00 PM today 12/10.
Scholars will be sent to emergency closing addresses on file. Please ensure someone is available to receive your child(ren). There is no PM BOCES. Thank you for your understanding and support. Please be safe out there.
All games scheduled for today are postponed, and new dates will be announced as soon as possible.
