Our St. Regis Falls CSD family would like to extend our deepest and most sincere gratitude to Brushton-Moira CSD for their incredible kindness and thoughtfulness during an extremely difficult time for our staff and school community.
While our hearts are heavy, the support we have received from those around us has meant more than words can express. Providing lunch for our staff was such a thoughtful gesture, and it gave us one less thing to worry about while we came together to support one another.
It is moments like these that remind us how special the school community is and how much it means to have others stand beside us when we need it most.

The Girls' Modified Soccer Game today at Brushton-Moira CSD has been postponed . The Varsity Boys' Game in Colton is still on schedule.
Dear St. Regis Falls Families,
It is with a heavy heart that we reach out to inform you of an active investigation in the area impacting our school community. Because the investigation is ongoing, the school does not have confirmed information to share regarding the circumstances or the individuals involved. However, investigators have determined there is no threat to our school or community.
As the investigation continues, we want you to know that your school district is here for you and your family during this unexpected circumstance. Additional counselors are in place to offer support to students, staff, and families. Counselors will be available throughout the school day all week. If you feel you or your child would like to speak with them, please contact the main office.
To give community members time to process this news, the district has also decided to cancel two events scheduled for this evening. The Meet the Teacher event originally scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and the Senior-Parent Meeting at 6 p.m. will be rescheduled for a later date and time. All soccer practices are cancelled as well.
In an effort to provide guidance and support to our school faculty and staff, we will be operating on a two-hour delay tomorrow morning, Thursday, Sept. 17. Morning bus pick up times will occur approximately two hours later than usual. The earliest students should arrive at school via parent drop off is 9 a.m. There will be no morning BOCES.
Classes will begin at 9:47 a.m. (two hours later than normal). In order to provide an extra layer of support and reassurance, we will also have an additional School Patrol Officer available for the remainder of this week.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to support you and your family during this difficult time.

What a fantastic Fun Day for our middle school and high school students! The day was filled with laughter, fun, and great memories that our students will be talking about for a long time.
A special thank you goes out to JP Party Supplies for providing the water slide, which was a huge hit with our students. We would also like to thank SRF Quickstop for their generous donation of the hamburger and hot dog rolls, and the Alexander Fish & Game Club for their support.
Most importantly, thank you to all of our staff members who worked so hard to plan, organize, and supervise the day's activities. Your dedication and commitment helped make this event a tremendous success.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 21, at 1:00 pm, SRF Central School will host a Mock Crash Site for students in grades 7-12 to get an up-close look at consequences of distracted/impaired driving. Please be advised there may be sirens and emergency vehicles arriving at the scene at the time of the event in order to emulate a realistic event.
